These terms apply to every order delivered outside India. For orders within India, see our Terms of Sale.

1. Quotations and prices

We quote and invoice in your local currency (for example AUD for Australia, AED for the UAE).
Prices are CFR (Cost and Freight, Incoterms® 2020) to the seaport nearest you. They include the piece, export packing and sea freight to that port.
Prices do not include marine insurance, unloading at the port, customs clearance, import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST in your country), port charges, or transport from the port to your premises. These are paid by the buyer.
Each quotation states its validity period.

100% of the order value is payable in advance, by international bank transfer, before production starts.
Bank charges on the buyer's side are paid by the buyer.

Every piece is custom-made to order in our Faridabad workshop and is ready for dispatch within 6–8 weeks of receiving payment. Sea transit time depends on the destination port; we confirm an estimate with your quotation.
Before dispatch we film every piece to record that it leaves our workshop in perfect condition, and we share the video with you.
Under CFR, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are loaded on board the vessel in India. Transit damage is not ARGMAC's responsibility. We strongly recommend that you arrange marine insurance.
The buyer is responsible for any import licences, permits and compliance with the import rules of the destination country.

You can cancel within 48 hours of payment for a refund of the amount we received. After 48 hours your piece goes into production and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
Every piece is made to your specification. We do not accept returns, and we do not repair or replace pieces for damage or defects on overseas orders, except under the warranty below.

Every piece carries a 1-year structural warranty from the date of delivery to the destination port. It covers the frame, legs, base and structural joints, against structural failure that comes from how the piece was made.
For overseas orders the warranty is parts only: we supply the replacement structural part free of charge. Shipping, import duties and taxes on the part, and fitting it, are paid by the buyer.
The warranty does not cover materials or finishes, including playing cloth, slate and stone tops, veneer, paint, lacquer, leather and suede, glass, metal finishes and accessories. It also does not cover damage from shipping, installation, moisture, heat, sunlight, misuse, accidents or alterations.

Installation is the buyer's responsibility. We provide installation instructions.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
