• Prices: prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST, shipping and installation. GST is added at the applicable rate.
• Payment: production starts only after we receive 50% of the order value as an advance. The balance (the remaining 50%) must be paid before dispatch; we do not ship until full payment is received.
• Policies: cancellation, refunds, shipping, installation and warranty are covered by the policies above, which form part of these terms.
• Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
