These terms apply to every ARGMAC order, quotation and proforma invoice.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Every ARGMAC piece is custom-made to order. Each table and bar is built and finished to your choice of materials after you place your order.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of paying the advance for a full refund of the amount paid.
After 48 hours your piece goes into production, and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
We do not charge a cancellation fee.

No returns or refunds

Because every piece is made to your specification, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds after the 48-hour cancellation period. This includes a change of mind or a change in finish, size or space.

Damage and defects

Before dispatch we film every piece to record that it leaves our workshop in perfect condition, and we share the video with you.
Shipping damage is not ARGMAC's responsibility. Shipping is arranged by you or handed to a carrier, and any damage in transit, within India or abroad, must be claimed from the carrier or your insurer. We recommend transit insurance.
Manufacturing defects (deliveries within India): if your piece has a defect from how it was made, tell us within 24 hours of delivery at info@argmac.com or +91 97171 75338, with photos or video. We will repair or replace the affected part at no cost to you.
Orders delivered outside India: we do not repair or replace damage or defects for overseas orders.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Indian consumer law.

Prices

Product prices do not include GST, shipping or installation.
GST is charged at the applicable rate and shown separately on your quote and invoice.

Production time

Every piece is finished to your chosen materials in our Faridabad workshop. It is ready for dispatch within 6–8 weeks of order confirmation.
Some models are kept as unfinished shells or finished stock pieces, and these may be ready sooner. We confirm your date when you order.

Shipping

Standard: we ship to the port nearest you. Shipping charges are quoted per order.
Home delivery: ask us whether we can deliver to your door, and we will quote the cost.
Your own transporter: you may arrange your own shipping. We hand over the packed piece at our workshop or at the agreed port.

Installation

Installation is the client's responsibility and is not included in the price.
You may use your own installer, or ask us whether we can install at your location and what it would cost.
Otherwise we provide installation instructions.

Outside India

1-year structural warranty

Every ARGMAC piece carries a 1-year warranty on its structure from the date of delivery.
Covered: the structure of the table or bar only: the frame, legs, base and structural joints, against structural failure that comes from how the piece was made.
Not covered: all materials and finishes. This includes playing cloth, slate and stone tops, veneer, paint, lacquer, leather and suede, glass, metal finishes, and accessories (cues, balls, rackets, pucks). It also excludes damage from shipping, installation, moisture, heat, sunlight, misuse, accidents or alterations.
How to claim: email info@argmac.com with your order number, photos and a description. We will inspect the piece and repair or replace the affected structural part.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Indian consumer law.

Prices: prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST, shipping and installation. GST is added at the applicable rate.
Payment: production starts only after we receive 50% of the order value as an advance. The balance (the remaining 50%) must be paid before dispatch; we do not ship until full payment is received.
Policies: cancellation, refunds, shipping, installation and warranty are covered by the policies above, which form part of these terms.
Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
